Return and Refund Policy - Shop Glow Skin

At Shop Glow Skin, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.

Deadline for Request

The customer can request a return or refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, according to the Consumer Protection Code (when applicable).

Conditions for Return

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

To be without signs of use

To be in perfect condition

Be returned with original packaging and all items included

⚠️ Personal use, hygiene, beauty or skin care products are not eligible for return after opening, for health and safety reasons, except in case of defect.

Defective or Broken Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, the customer must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

Send photos or videos that prove the problem

After analysis, we will be able to offer:

Reshipment of the product at no additional cost, or

Full refund of the amount paid

Undelivered or Lost Orders

If the order is not delivered within the maximum period informed in our Freight Policy, the customer may request:

Reshipment of the product, or

Full refund

Each case will be analyzed individually.

Return Costs

In cases of defect, shipping error or incorrect product, the return costs will be the responsibility of Shop Glow Skin.

In cases of regret or undue purchase, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receipt and analysis of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

The amount will be reversed using the same payment method used in the purchase. The deadline for viewing the chargeback may vary depending on the card operator or bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will be necessary to wait for delivery to request the return.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address informed by the customer at the time of purchase.
