Processing Time

After payment confirmation, orders go through a processing period of 1–3 business days, during which we carefully prepare, pack, and dispatch your items.


Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on:

  • Recipient’s location

  • Postal service or carrier demand

  • Customs procedures

  • High-demand periods (promotions, holidays, end of year)

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days.


Shipping & Origin

Our products are shipped directly from selected national and international suppliers to ensure the best cost-benefit value for our customers.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within up to 5 business days after dispatch.

⚠️ Note: Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the system. This is normal for international shipments.


Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages to prevent damage or due to logistical reasons. If this occurs, all tracking numbers will be provided.
